New Holland Brewing Plans $1M expansion

New Holland Brewing Plans $1M expansion

New Holland Brewing plans to invest $1 million to enhance the interior of its downtown Holland pub house (66 E. 8th St.) and create a 3,000-square-foot beer garden. Work has begun on the indoor upgrades while the last details of the beer garden are ironed out with the Holland Planning Commission.

Interior renovations of two new family bathrooms, an expanded back bar area, and a larger kitchen will add behind-the-scenes conveniences for customers. But perhaps the two most anticipated amenities that will create the most impact on customers are increasing the number of beer taps from 28 to 42 and expanding a small rear patio from 40 seats to a 100-seat beer garden.

Vitale’s of Zeeland Expands Restaurant To Seat Over 150 Guests

Monday, April 16, 2012. Zeeland, Michigan.  Vitale’s is a recognizable name in the West Michigan area known for authentic Italian food, high-quality pizza and always-fresh ingredients served in a family friendly atmosphere.  Vitale’s of Zeeland is happy to announce that they will be able to provide more of what they do best to more people with the expansion of their newly remodeled dining area, extended sports bar and new patio.

Vitale’s of Zeeland was opened in 1991 as mainly a take-out restaurant with seating for about 25 people.  Since that day owners, Maria (Daughter of Sam Vitale) and her husband Ryan Snyder, expanded the restaurant in 2004 to accommodate 80 guests. In 2008 they added a bar area and obtained a liquor license. The latest expansion brings the seating capacity to over 150 seats and has created a larger Sports Bar area, which includes big screen TVs and live music every Saturday night.
