Red Cross offering shelter assistance to storm victims | News

HOLLAND, Mich. (WZZM) -- Monday's storms that knocked down trees and power lines left more than 4.600 customers of the Holland Board of Public Works without electricity.
As of 4 p.m. Monday, more than 1,700 utility customers of HBPW were still without power, with service to customers on Pine St. expected to take at least days to restore because of the clean-up of storm debris.
HBPW is trying to notify its customers in need of emergency shelter and/or food that they can call the American Red Cross of Ottawa County at (616) 396-6545
