UPDATE: Man charged with setting landlord on fire | News

UPDATE-- Ottawa County sheriff's deputies say the landlord died from her injuries around 11 a.m. Sunday.
She's being identified as Phanh Kim Le, 53.
Investigators say the suspect will be arraigned on an additional charge of open murder, following her death.
HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- A Holland Township man is in jail after police say he set his landlord on fire.
On Tuesday, Davanh Phouangphet, 30, was charged assault with intent to murder and arson.
On Monday, investigators say Phouangphet got into an argument with his 53 year-old landlord over the volume of music he was playing. He then doused her with fuel and set her on fire.
The landlord suffered extensive burns, but is expected to survive.
Phouangphet is currently being held on $750,000 bond.
