Holland police need help finding robbery suspect

HOLLAND, Mich. (WZZM) -- Police are seeking the public's help to track down a robber on the run.

Officers responded shortly after 6 a.m. Saturday to the Family Fare Quick Stop gas station, located at 1149 S. Washington Ave., following a report of a robbery, according to a news release.

The suspect implied to the clerk that he had a weapon. He demanded an undisclosed amount of cash and was last seen running away from the station.

Police describe the suspect as a male, 20-30 years old, about 6-feet tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black hooded jacket or sweatshirt, black scarf, gray or brown pants and black gloves.
