HOLLAND, Mich. (WZZM) - The Michigan Court of Appeals has upheld a lower court's ruling and a truck stop plans for Holland will move forward.

Love's will be able to move forward in getting agency approvals for the planned truck stop at N. Black River Road and Adams Street by the I-196 exit. Love's still needs an approved traffic study, environmental study and get approvals from the Ottawa County Road Commission, Drain Commission and DEQ.

Opponents to the truck stop can still file an appeal to the state Supreme Court by March 4th.
