HOLLAND, Mich.—An estimated 25.8 million Americans are living with diabetes, and Hispanic adults are 1.7 times more likely than Caucasian adults to be diagnosed with the condition.

That’s why Holland Hospital is teaming up with St. Francis DeSales Church to host “Living with Diabetes” in Spanish.  The presentation will take place at the church, located at 171 W. 13th Street on Sunday, Jan. 19 at 2 p.m.  A registered nurse from Holland Hospital’s Center for Good Health will be leading the presentation, which is free to the public.

No registration is necessary.  For more information, contact St. Francis DeSales Church at (616) 392-6700.
